RE: H1N1 - Orange Alert!
As you may have heard, Singapore is now on Orange Alert, stepping up precautionary efforts to halt the spread of the H1N1 virus (otherwise known as Swine Flu) here.
Of course, our class 2A2 will do our part to hold off this horrible pig disease to the best of our abilities
Professional students of 2A2, kindly:
1. Ensure your ODT is working AND in your pencil case,
2. Make a habit of washing your hands thoroughly often (especially after touching dirty surfaces) with liquid detergent or disinfectant,
3. Keep yourselves in tip-top condition by having a balanced diet, regular exercise, taking some Vitamin C supplement, and doing all your homework on time (err… the last one was extra, though it IS good for your health!) and
4. Stay home if you have fever (above 37.6 deg C), cough, sore throat, runny nose and/ or breathlessness.
If you are unwell and unable to come to school, please either call your classmate in the Class Relay System, or email me to let me know
For more information about the H1N1 virus, please check our the MOH website
See you all tomorrow

Hi all,
Well done for today’s temperature taking exercise! Everyone brought their ODTs, and everything went without a hic
I echo Kelvin’s sentiment about this whole pandemic blowing over soon. However, we should just be alert and vigilent so that we are prepared for all contingencies
No worries; professional students will survive ANY virus!
